Fluid Tech Hydraulic Services is looking for an experienced Hydraulic Hose Technician to join our team in Pomona. We are a commercial hydraulic hose and hydraulic service and repair shop serving customers in the heavy equipment, construction, trucking, industrial, and machinery industries . We are looking for someone who is dependable, mechanically inclined, and preferably already familiar with hydraulic hoses, fittings, adapters, and related components. Responsibilities Build and repair hydraulic hose assemblies Identify hydraulic hoses, fittings, adapters, and connections Measure, cut, clean, and crimp hydraulic hoses Assist customers at the counter and help identify the correct parts Work with hydraulic components used on construction and heavy equipment Maintain an organized and clean work area Receive and organize inventory Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service Work safely and accurately in a fast-paced shop environment Qualifications Hydraulic hose experience is strongly preferred. Ideal candidates will have experience with some or all of the following: Hydraulic hose assembly and repair Hydraulic hose crimping equipment Hydraulic fittings and adapters JIC, NPT, ORFS, SAE and other common hydraulic connections Heavy equipment or construction equipment Industrial parts or counter sales Reading measurements and identifying hose and fitting sizes Working directly with commercial customers Mechanical experience in heavy equipment, industrial equipment, diesel repair, agricultural equipment, or a related field may also be considered.
