$350 per day Advanced Hair Restoration is a national leader in surgical and non-surgical hair restoration, specializing in advanced techniques designed to help patients restore confidence through personalized treatment plans and exceptional clinical care. We are seeking an experienced Hair Restoration Technician (Independent Contractor) who is local to Sacramento or the surrounding area to support our surgical center on an as-needed basis. This opportunity is ideal for a skilled professional with hands-on experience in the hair restoration industry who understands the precision required in graft handling, preparation, and placement and enjoys working alongside physicians in a surgical environment. Position Overview The Hair Restoration Technician will provide hands-on technical support during hair restoration procedures, working closely with physicians and the clinical team to ensure an efficient surgical workflow and exceptional patient experience. This is an as-needed Independent Contractor opportunity, with scheduling based on the needs of the practice. Responsibilities Assist physicians during hair restoration procedures, including FUE and FUT procedures. Support graft preparation, including trimming, handling, and placement of hair follicles. Assist with surgical room setup, breakdown, and cleanup. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional surgical environment. Follow established clinical protocols and proper graft-handling techniques. Provide a professional, compassionate, and supportive patient experience. Work closely with physicians and clinical team members to maintain procedural efficiency. Maintain strong attention to detail throughout procedures. Follow applicable safety and infection-control protocols. Qualifications Previous experience as a Hair Restoration Technician is required. Local to Sacramento or the surrounding area. Strong understanding of hair anatomy and hair transplantation techniques. Hands-on experience with FUE and/or FUT procedures preferred. Experience with graft trimming, preparation, handling, and placement preferred. Medical Assistant or Surgical Technician certification is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced surgical environment. Professional communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable and flexible availability based on office needs. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with physicians and the clinical team. Active LLC documentation and/or applicable workers' compensation insurance preferred.

Hiring Process:

Qualified candidates will be invited to participate in a paid two-day working interview at our Sacramento location. Following successful completion of the working interview, the candidate may be scheduled for future procedures on an as-needed basis, depending on clinic needs and availability.

Compensation:
