About Us:

Sutton Ag has been serving the Agriculture Industry for 60+ years, specializing in planting and bird control needs of the Salinas Valley. Our products include various types of seed planters, harvesters, precision weeding equipment, bird scare cannons, and much more. We pride ourselves in our reliability, providing the best service, repairs, and equipment to our long-standing customers. Responsibilities may include (but not limited to):

• Dismantle equipment to remove and repair defective parts, using various hand tools.
• Reassemble equipment following repair, testing equipment as necessary
• Tune-up and clean equipment, as needed
• Record repairs made, parts used, and amount of time spent on each task
• Package and label inventory
• Miscellaneous tasks as needed
• Deliver equipment to customers
• Diagnose and repair equipment in the field

Qualifications:

• No experience required, but mechanical experience is a plus
• Must be able to stand for long periods of the day
• Ability to lift a minimum of ~25 lbs on a regular basis
• Strong manual dexterity
• all jobs require working with your hands
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
