So Cal California | Full-Time We are seeking a hands-on Equipment Superintendent to manage our heavy equipment fleet, California shop, and equipment supporting active heavy civil construction projects. Responsibilities Oversee equipment maintenance, repairs, inspections, and utilization Manage shop operations and mechanics Coordinate equipment needs, mobilization, and allocation to projects Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, operators, and vendors Ensure equipment is safe, reliable, and production-ready Qualifications Heavy civil construction equipment experience Equipment, Fleet, or Shop Management experience preferred Strong knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance and repair Hands-on leadership and troubleshooting skills Benefits Competitive salary Health, dental & vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off & holidays Long-term career opportunity Join a growing heavy civil contractor where your equipment expertise directly impacts field production and project success.
