Job Description
Are you an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic looking for a company that values your skills and offers long-term career stability? We are partnering with an established manufacturer and service provider in Santa Fe Springs that is looking to add a skilled mechanic to its team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys diagnosing and repairing heavy construction equipment while working in a clean, well-equipped shop environment. What You'll Be Doing Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy construction equipment Perform preventative maintenance, major repairs, and component replacements Repair and troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and diesel systems Work on equipment such as: Excavators Backhoes Forklifts Bulldozers Other heavy construction equipment Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high safety and quality standards What We're Looking For 1-5+ years of heavy equipment mechanic experience Strong experience working on heavy construction equipment (excavators, backhoes, forklifts, bulldozers, etc.) Solid troubleshooting skills with: Hydraulic systems Electrical systems Pneumatic systems Diesel engines Work on diesel motors Experience performing repairs beyond routine maintenance Stable work history Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus) Why You'll Want to Join Competitive pay: $28-$34/hour (based on experience) Monday-Friday schedule Overtime opportunities available Excellent benefits starting on day one Stable company with long-term career growth Supportive team and modern work environment If you're an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to speak with you.
