Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and energetic Residential Cleaning 1099 Independent Contractors to deliver exceptional cleaning services to our valued clients in their homes. As a subcontractor, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and comfort within residential spaces. This position offers flexibility, allowing you to manage your own schedule while providing high-quality cleaning that exceeds client expectations. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and customer service skills will help create a welcoming environment for every household you serve. Responsibilities Complete residential cleaning services according to our quality standards. Perform standard, deep, move-in/move-out, and Airbnb turnover cleanings. Arrive on time and maintain professional communication. Take before-and-after photos of completed jobs. Report any damages or maintenance concerns. Provide excellent customer service while representing our company professionally. Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to ensure a spotless environment. Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to maintain hygiene standards. Clean floors using various floor care techniques such as sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to restore their appearance and longevity. Handle laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing as needed. Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or equipment safely and efficiently. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and ensure their satisfaction with the service provided. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Airbnb turnovers. Experience with recurring residential clients. Team of two or more cleaners. Business license and insurance. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is highly preferred; janitorial or custodial experience is a plus. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures. Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, buffers, and other janitorial tools. Ability to handle cleaning detergents safely while adhering to health and safety guidelines. Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled appointments. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their expectations. Physical ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and outdoor work when necessary. Experience in hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning environments is advantageous for understanding high standards of cleanlines.
