Heavy and Medium-Duty Mechanics M&M Excavation -Greeley, CO M&M Excavation is a privately owned excavation company with a growing, well-equipped truck and heavy equipment repair shop. We are looking for experienced Heavy and Medium Duty Mechanics to join our team to work on our company fleet and customer equipment. Employer-paid Life and AD&D insurance for employee 401(k) retirement plan with company matching up to 4% 6 Paid holidays Paid Time Off Overtime available Boot allowance Employer-provided uniforms What You'll Work On Class 3 thru Class 8 Vehicles, Trucks and Trailers Heavy equipment including dozers, loaders, graders, scrapers, excavators and more Job Responsibilities Perform and document, diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance Repair engines, brakes, suspension, HVAC, electrical, air, and fuel systems Diagnose and repair aftertreatment systems Complete DOT inspections on trucks and trailers Hydraulic, drivetrain, transmission, and engine repairs Welding and fabrication (preferred, not required) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Accurately document repairs, testing, and warranty work Follow all company policies and safety procedures Attend required training and safety meetings Assist with other duties as needed to support team and company operations

Qualifications:

1+ years of medium- and/or heavy-duty mechanic experience preferred\ Experience working with pickups, semi-trucks, trailers, and/or heavy equipment preferred Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Basic computer and systems proficiency Effective communication skills Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred but not required Reliable transportation to and from work Ownership of standard tools required to perform job duties Dependable, team-oriented, and positive work approach Willingness to work a rotating Saturday schedule as needed Must be at least 18 years of age Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English sufficient to perform job duties safely and effectively

Final candidates will be required to undergo a post-offer drug screen, background check, and/or physical examination, consistent with applicable laws
