Job Description

We are actively seeking a Heavy Equipment Technician B or C Level for the shop in Bridgeport, CT. You will be working in a modern dealership on construction equipment and rental fleet. Role involves shop-based diagnostics and repairs on heavy construction equipment.
Requirements:
2+ years equipment/diesel experience (must-have) Positive attitude and willingness to learn (must-have) Valid driver's license (must-have) Own tools preferred (must-have) Spanish bilingual (nice-to-have)
Compensation & Benefits:
$30-$40/hour (based on experience) 50% paid family health insurance Flexible vacation after 1 year Christmas bonus Uniforms provided Tool/boot allowance (negotiable) Equipment available for personal projects at no charge Ongoing training
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:30 PM Shop-based work in 4-bay facility with overhead crane and forklifts Overtime after 40 hours per week #MHA
