Required skills include over a decade of experience in mechanical estimating, with an emphasis on HVAC, plumbing, and process piping projects. Proficiency in both Design-Build and Plan & Spec delivery methods, along with expertise in estimation software, is essential. Communication prowess and relationship-building abilities with various project stakeholders are also necessary. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in heavy industrial mechanical environments and advanced process piping estimation skills.
