Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Truck Equipment Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, assembling, and repairing various truck equipment and accessories to ensure optimal vehicle performance and safety. Your expertise will help deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer specifications and industry standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and technologies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, contributing to the success of our fleet solutions division. Duties Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately assemble truck equipment components Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and machining tools such as CNC lathes and calipers to perform installations and repairs Assemble truck accessories including racks, lift gates, toolboxes, lighting systems, and other custom equipment according to specifications Conduct welding tasks to secure parts and ensure structural integrity of installed components Follow manufacturing processes and quality standards to ensure precise fitment and durability of installed equipment Troubleshoot mechanical issues using mechanical knowledge and mechanic experience to resolve problems efficiently Experience Proven experience in assembly, manufacturing, or mechanical work within a similar industry environment Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical diagrams Hands-on experience with welding techniques and mechanical repairs on trucks or heavy-duty vehicles Familiarity with machining processes such as CNC lathe operations and use of calipers for measurements Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and other machinery safely and effectively Prior mechanic experience is highly desirable for diagnosing issues quickly and accurately Knowledge of schematics related to truck systems and electrical wiring is a plus Join us in delivering top-tier truck solutions by applying your skills in a vibrant environment where innovation meets craftsmanship. Pay:
