Duties Assist senior mechanics with repairing heavy equipment, trucks, and industrial machinery using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment Support the maintenance and repair of machinery, excavators, forklifts, and other equipment Prepare work areas by organizing tools, parts, and schematics to facilitate efficient repairs Conduct routine inspections on vehicles and equipment to identify issues related to transmissions, hydraulics, suspension systems, brakes, shocks & struts, air brakes, and electrical systems Assist with welding, fabrication, tire service, and assembly tasks as needed to support ongoing maintenance projects Follow safety protocols during heavy lifting operations and when working with power tools or welding equipment Sharpen and change mower blades Fuel up trucks and mowers Daily inspections of trucks and equipment Document and report truck or equipment issues Equip trucks with supplies for the following day Skills Prior experience or familiarity with dealership service environments is highly desirable Strong mechanical knowledge across automotive diagnostics, heavy equipment operation, and industrial systems repair Ability to operate trucks. mowers, and other industrial equipment safely and effectively Skilled in using hand tools, power tools and maintenance tools for various repair tasks Capable of heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during repairs or assembly tasks Excellent customer service skills when interacting with team members Strong organizational skills for managing daily crew logs Embark on a rewarding career journey where your mechanical aptitude fuels your growth!
