Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Mechanic to inspect, maintain and repair machinery and vehicles. You will be responsible for ensuring reliability of machines, engines and mechanical systems. You will be working on both diesel and gas vehicles. We are searching for a full time mechanic that pays attention to detail. MUST HAVE CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
Responsibilities Inspect machines, engines, transmissions etc. and run diagnostic tests to discover functionality issues Conduct repairs aiming for maximum reliability Troubleshoot reported problems and resolve them in a timely manner Perform thorough maintenance on machinery and equipment Clean and apply lubricants to machinery components Replenish fluids and components of engines and machinery Undertake other duties as assigned (e.g. repair of hydraulic systems, painting vehicles, fixing backpack blowers, etc.) Make work orders on work completed Skills Experience as Mechanic (pay depends on experience) Knowledge of machinery and hydraulic, electrical and other systems and their components Must have your own tools Ability to follow established procedures and practices and read instructions Very good communication skills A problem-solving ability Very good physical strength and stamina Must be able to pass a background check and have a clean driver's license
