Overview Heavy Equipment & Truck Mechanic - Wholesale Nursery Plant Life Farms - Homestead, FL Plant Life Farms is looking for an experienced, dependable Heavy Equipment & Truck Mechanic to maintain and repair our nursery equipment, trucks, and trailers.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and diesel issues Perform preventative maintenance and routine service Repair loaders, skid steers, tractors, forklifts, and other heavy equipment Service and repair semi-trucks and trailers Troubleshoot equipment in the shop and in the field

Qualifications:

Previous heavy equipment, diesel, truck, or agricultural equipment mechanic experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Hydraulic and electrical experience preferred Diesel engine and semi-truck experience preferred Valid driver's license

Pay:

$25-$30/hour depending on experience, with the possibility of more for the right candidate.
