Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Mobile Experienced Mechanic to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of heavy equipment, industrial machinery, and automotive vehicles at various job sites. Your expertise will ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently, supporting our clients' operations across multiple industries. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse machinery, including farm equipment, construction vehicles, and commercial trucks, with a focus on delivering top-tier service in a fast-paced environment On- site and at the Shop. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on heavy equipment such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, Semi- Trucks, Personal equipment ( Diesel and Gas) and tractors using schematics and technical manuals. Conduct routine maintenance including oil changes, brake repairs, suspension adjustments, and tire services to keep equipment in optimal condition. Fabricate custom parts or modifications using welding, soldering, hand tools, and power tools to meet specific operational needs. Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, cranes, and tractor-trailers safely and efficiently during repair or maintenance procedures. Troubleshoot electrical systems, hydraulics, air brake systems, transmissions, HVAC components, and other mechanical systems with precision. Interpret schematics and technical diagrams to accurately diagnose issues and implement effective solutions. Ensure all repairs comply with safety standards and manufacturer specifications while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Requirements Proven experience working as a mechanic in dealership settings or heavy equipment environments. Strong mechanical knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics, suspension systems, and vehicle maintenance. Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics tools and service technician procedures. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as excavators, forklifts, cranes, and farm machinery safely. Skilled in fabrication techniques including welding and soldering; familiar with assembly and equipment repair processes. Proficiency with schematics interpretation and electrical troubleshooting. Capable of performing heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during repairs. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.
