In this role, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining a fleet of specialized turf management equipment to ensure premium playing conditions for our members. Key Responsibilities Maintain, diagnose, and repair golf course equipment, including reel mowers, rotary mowers, tractors, utility vehicles, and two-stroke equipment. Perform routine preventative maintenance (oil changes, filter replacements, fluid checks). Grind reels and bedknives to ensure a precise, clean cut on the greens and fairways. Keep a clean, organized, and safe shop environment. Maintain accurate service and repair logs.

What We Are Looking For Experience:

Experience working at a high-end golf club or resort is highly preferred.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, internal combustion engines, and electrical systems. Reel sharpening experience is a major plus.
