About the Role We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Field Mechanic with strong hydraulic experience to join our team in Doral, FL. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining hydraulic systems on cranes, excavators, bulldozers, backhoes, loaders, graders, dump trucks, and other heavy equipment . This is a hands-on position requiring strong mechanical and diagnostic skills, the ability to troubleshoot hydraulic systems independently, and a strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship. Candidates must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hydraulic systems on heavy equipment Service cranes, excavators, loaders, bulldozers, backhoes, graders, dump trucks, and similar machinery Read and interpret hydraulic schematics, technical diagrams, and service manuals Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic pumps, valves, cylinders, motors, hoses, and fittings Perform preventive maintenance, including fluid and filter changes, hose inspections, and system flushing Conduct hydraulic pressure and flow testing using diagnostic equipment Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrohydraulic issues Perform field-service repairs at customer locations and jobsites as needed Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, and team members in both English and Spanish Maintain accurate service and repair records Follow all company safety procedures and equipment manufacturer guidelines Qualifications Bilingual English/Spanish
REQUIRED
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic or Hydraulic Mechanic Strong hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing hydraulic systems Experience working on cranes and/or construction equipment strongly preferred Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic and mechanical problems Ability to read hydraulic schematics and technical diagrams Knowledge of pumps, valves, cylinders, motors, hoses, fittings, and related hydraulic components Knowledge of electrohydraulic systems preferred Ability to work independently in a field-service environment Valid driver's license required ASE, Caterpillar, Parker, Eaton, or similar hydraulic/heavy equipment certification preferred Compensation $40.00-$45.00 per hour, depending on experience Schedule Monday through Friday 6:00 AM-3:00 PM If you are an experienced heavy equipment mechanic with strong hydraulic troubleshooting skills and are bilingual in English and Spanish , we encourage you to apply.
