Job Description
As a Geoprobe® service technician, you'll be part of a dedicated team focused on providing top service through efficient rig repairs and maintenance. Your role will involve inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and servicing the mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems of our technical drilling rigs. Your professional approach to producing high-quality, customer-ready equipment ensures clients in the environmental, geotechnical, geothermal, and water well industries remain active. Successful candidates will have strong communication skills - able to clearly describe problems and processes with customers, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for helping others. Responsibilities Perform all levels of repair and preventative maintenance on vehicles and equipment Diagnose and troubleshoot problems, recommend and repair all critical machine and engine adjustments Study, read, and interpret schematic engineering drawings Test to ensure accuracy of repairs Maintain detailed records of service interactions, solutions provided, and follow-up actions Timely input of machine-related customer interactions entered into internal system Ability to cross-train and learn a variety of machines that come into the shop Complete all assignments in a timely manner and meet service delivery schedules Other duties as assigned by supervisor You might be a good fit if you...
