We have an immediate opening for an experienced residential security alarm Installation Technician to join our Tallahassee team!Responsibilities will include:
- Installation, service, and troubleshooting of a variety of residential security alarm systems.
- Ability to manage multiple appointments scheduled daily/weekly.
- Accurately complete ADT work orders and paperwork.
- Complete administrative tasks including shipping, invoicing, and reschedules.
- Educate customers in various system operations and maintenance.
- Upselling during the installation Requirements are:
- Currently licensed for security & fire equipment installations (FASA/BASA)
- Strong sales background-preferred
- Residential Alarm Installation Experience-REQUIRED
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional approach to all aspects of the job.
- Must be proactive in completing jobs and tasks with little or no direct supervision.
- Ability to pass a required background check
- Valid driver's license, insurance and reliable transportation
Pay:
Average $85,000- 110,000/yr
