  • Excellence Position Overview We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Shop Technician / Equipment Rebuilder to join our Marietta-based team.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, repairing and restoring machinery, and being part of a supportive team environment. You'll play a key role in inspecting, repairing, and preparing laundry equipment for installation, resale, or lease — helping ensure our customers receive quality, reliable machines every time. What You'll Do Inspect, clean, and repair industrial laundry equipment for resale or re-lease. Perform pre-installation tasks such as gas conversions, coin box setups , and other custom configurations. Diagnose and repair freight damage or mechanical issues. Assist the Operations team with staging equipment and installation prep. Support field technicians with parts deliveries and repair assistance as needed. Perform light facility maintenance and general shop upkeep. Take ownership of your daily work and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment. What We're Looking For Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools . Experience in appliance repair, mechanical work, or rebuilding equipment is a plus. Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 75 lbs. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Dependable, self-motivated, and organized. Comfortable working independently or as part of a small team. Positive attitude and strong attention to detail. High school diploma or equivalent.
