With an outside sales staff of fourteen, six customer service representatives, four technicians, twelve delivery trucks, and an up-to-date customized computer system, Premium prides itself on delivering what our customers want and when they need it from our large inventory of name brand products. Premium is a subsidiary of Office Depot. Mission of the Cost Technician position:- Talented and interested in all types of mechanical repair. Ideally you have worked on commercial equipment, dish machines or have a technical background in the repair & maintenance field.
- Have a natural sales ability with customers and aren't afraid to ask questions, listen to their needs and find solutions for them. You are comfortable to strike up a conversation with unknown accounts to develop and grow the business.
- Good with customers: you like to follow up with them make them happy and enjoy a productive day!
- Reliable and able to work responsibly (without a boss hanging over your head every day) and still keep in touch with the head office through daily email and weekly reports. People say you have a good work ethic!
- Clean, neat and organized; shows a professional personal image and like to be proud of the job you do!
- A good driver with a reliable vehicle (mileage is paid for) and enjoy being out on the road seeing accounts that need your help.
- Able to take emergency call-outs from the VIP top accounts if there are stuck with a broken machine.
