- Installation & Maintenance Kress is looking for a full time Field Engineer to join our team in the development of specialized industrial equipment for steel, construction, and mining industries. The Field Engineer
- Installation & Maintenance will be responsible for supervising the assembly and commissioning of new mobile equipment in the field.
- Provide onsite supervision to successfully assemble & commission new heavy mobile equipment Perform onsite operator and maintenance training Develop customized maintenance programs and best practices as required for new equipment Assist customers with technical inquiries Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations during site activities Provide information from field experiences for product improvements Possess strong organizational and communication skills Proven ability to work multiple tasks at once Flexibility to travel frequently and work on client sites•Required Qualifications•High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering preferred Must have 2+ years technical education in heavy mobile equipment Minimum 2-3 years' work experience in heavy mobile equipment service and repair Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and mechanical assembly Solid understanding of hydraulic and electrical control systems Excellent communication skills and ability to manage customer relationships Kress Benefits•Group Health Insurance including Prescriptions Dental Insurance Life Insurance Short-term Disability 401(k) with Company Match Paid Vacation Paid Holidays Kress Corporation is an affirmative action, equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetic information.
