Overview Join our dynamic team as a Residential Deep Cleaning Technician operating as an independent contractor! Responsibilities Perform comprehensive deep cleaning tasks in residential settings, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation Handle specialized cleaning duties such as carpet cleaning, floor care, walls, baseboards, ceiling fans, light fixtures and sanitation of bathrooms and kitchens Maintain high standards of cleanliness by using appropriate cleaning products and equipment efficiently and safely Deliver excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients, understanding their specific needs, and ensuring satisfaction Manage your schedule independently to maximize efficiency across multiple client locations Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment Document completed work and communicate any special requests or issues to clients promptly Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning experience is a plus Minimum of one year of experience deep cleaning residential properties. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, hardwood floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and procedures Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude Ability to work independently with strong time management skills Familiarity with various cleaning tools, equipment, and eco-friendly products Experience performing detailed deep-cleaning tasks in residential, commercial, or professional cleaning environments. Proficient in using cleaning equipment such as steamers, drills, and other tools required to complete cleaning tasks safely and effectively.
