Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Motor Technician with a strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with electric motors, including testing components and identifying faulty parts
- Repair and overhaul electric motors of various types and sizes, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications and safety standards
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the reliability and efficiency of electric motors
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflow
Requirements:
- Electric motor (AC/DC/Wind) Experience preferred but not required if there is a history of mechanical experience and a willingness to learn
- Understanding of electric motor principles and operation
- Attention to detail
- Certification or diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
