Job Description

Silvicom Inc. is looking for an experienced Truck Breakdown & Repair Coordinator to handle truck breakdowns across the U.S. This is a phone-based position only. No traveling or physical repairs.
Responsibilities:
  • Handle over-the-road breakdowns by phone
  • Find reliable and cost-effective truck repair shops nationwide
  • Negotiate repair, parts, labor, and towing prices
  • Communicate with drivers, repair shops, mechanics, and towing companies
  • Review repair estimates and avoid unnecessary or overpriced repairs
  • Coordinate where trucks should be repaired or towed
  • Follow each breakdown until the truck is back on the road
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of s emi-trucks and truck repairs
  • Experience dealing with repair shops and breakdowns nationwide
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Existing network/knowledge of repair shops is a big plus
Monday-Friday:
on-site at our office
    Saturday & Sunday:
    must be available by phone if a breakdown or emergency occurs
    Pay:
    From $2,000.00 per week Application Question(s): Any fleet managing experience? Do you have a CDL? What is your background in trucking?
