Job Description
Established elevator servicing and maintenance company is growing and seeking qualified candidates to become a part of our team. We service and maintain elevators and conveyances in the Chicagoland area and outlying suburbs. Highly qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 3 years experience with elevators, escalators, and other conveyances. Mechanical and electrical experience is required. Experience working with hydraulics is a plus. Some knowledge of wiring schematics, blueprints, and gear and bearing maintenance is required. Elevator experience preferred, but not required. We will train the right candidate! Auto mechanics, electricians, construction, and related tradespeople are encouraged to apply. If you have at least 3 years of experience with electrical systems or as an auto mechanic, we want to talk to you. We provide on-the-job training, study materials, mentoring, and guidance to help you develop a highly skilled, lucrative career as an elevator mechanic. Pay is commensurate with experience.
