Key Responsibilities Perform maintenance and repairs on company vehicles, trailers, and construction equipment Diagnose and repair diesel and gasoline engines Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems Conduct fleet maintenance including brakes, water pumps, alternators, and trailer wiring Maintain and repair single-phase and three-phase electric motors and equipment Complete welding and fabrication projects as needed Ensure equipment is maintained in safe working condition Follow all company safety policies and procedures Qualifications Required Skills & Experience Strong mechanical aptitude with vehicles and construction equipment Experience with fleet maintenance and equipment repair Knowledge of hydraulic systems and electrical troubleshooting Welding and fabrication experience Ability to lift and move 50 pounds or more Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Construction equipment experience is preferred Requirements Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and participate in random testing as required Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and periodic screenings Own basic mechanic tools Reliable transportation Authorized to work in the United States Flexible schedule, including occasional nights, weekends, or out-of-town assignments when necessary Benefits Full-time, year-round employment Competitive pay based on experience Medical, Life, and Short-Term Disability Insurance Paid vacation and holidays 401(k) with company match and profit-sharing Career advancement opportunities Ongoing training with experienced mechanics Opportunity to work on specialized, industry-leading construction equipment Equal Opportunity Employer Cobra Concrete Cutting Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
