Central Indiana / Greater Indianapolis & Surrounding Counties Road Warrior Mobile Fleet Service keeps commercial fleets moving by performing heavy-duty and light truck maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs right on-site and in our shop. We are looking for experienced, self-motivated mechanics who already know the trade, have high personal standards, and want to be part of a team that takes pride in doing the job right. This role is built for true mechanical professionals who understand shop operations, commercial vehicle systems, and how to keep assets rolling. What You Will Do Service & Repair:
Perform maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks, commercial trailers, and equipment.
Mobile & Shop Work:
Handle both on-site mobile service calls and in-shop repairs across the Greater Indianapolis area.
Diagnostics & Execution:
Utilize modern diagnostic equipment and manufacturer manuals to execute the 3 C's method (Complaint, Cause, Correction) with precision.
Team Collaboration:
Pitch in, support your teammates, and maintain shop equipment to keep operations running smoothly.
What We Are Looking For Experience Level:
Ideally 3+ years of experience working on light, medium, and/or heavy trucks and trailers. (
Note:
Training and guidance are available for less experienced, high-attitude technicians—Attitude > Experience!)
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with diesel/gas engines, brakes, diagnostics, and basic welding/fabrication.

Requirements:
Your own tools, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record. (CDL preferred, but not required). Basic computer literacy to handle digital work orders and diagnostics.

Monday-Friday Shift:
Standard schedule with mandatory on-call shifts and a take-home truck (Experienced techs only) .
