Palmer Johnson is hiring an experienced Service Technician for our Olathe Service Center. In this role, you'll work on heavy-duty transmissions, axles, differentials, torque converters, and other drivetrain components used in construction, material handling, agriculture, and industrial equipment. You will also receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus! What You'll Do Diagnose, disassemble, inspect, and rebuild heavy-duty components Troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic issues Complete repairs to OEM specifications Document findings and repair recommendations Work with teammates, customers, and manufacturers to solve technical issues What We're Looking For 3+ years of diesel, heavy equipment, or drivetrain repair experience Technical training in diesel or automotive is a plus, but not required Strong mechanical troubleshooting and failure analysis skills Ability to read service manuals, schematics, and assembly drawings Valid driver's license Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the day Self-motivated with attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Why Palmer Johnson?
