Brown Equipment Company is hiring experienced heavy equipment mechanics! Our mechancis deserve the best!
PAY AND BENEFITS
Up to $35 per hour (depending on experience) Up to $2,500 quarterly bonus Quarterly tool allowance ($250 - $750; based on tenure) $150 annual boot alloance $7,500 referal bonus for other diesel mechanics 401(k) with company match Medical, dental and vision insuranceWORK-LIFE BALANCE
1st shift No weekends 40-hour workweek Uniforms provided PTO and 7 paid holidaysREQUIREMENTS
At least 3 years of experience as a heavy equipment mechanic Mechanical experience with hydraulics, electrical, low voltage Must have your own tools High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in diesel repair preferredBenefits
