Territory/Location:

Kentucky, southern Ohio, Tennessee, Indiana, Virginia. Frequent travel, Monday through Friday 7:30-4:30 with overtime.

Compensation:

Pay based on knowledge and experience.

Our headquarters is located in Richmond, Kentucy, just off I-75. We are an authorized dealer for Prinoth equipment. We are seeking a self-driven field service/shop technician who understands the heavy equipment industry, enjoys working directly with contractors and operators, and knows how to build long-term relationships that lead to repeat business. • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical hydraulic, electrical, and diesel engine issues on company owned heavy equipment fleet.
• Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled service on equipment at customer job sites.
• Utilize diagnostic tools, service manuals, and technical resources to accurately determine repair needs.
• Repair and replace components including engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, undercarriages, and electrical systems.
• Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and service calls. . Test equipment after repairs to ensure proper operation and performance.
• Perform repairs in accordance with company and industry standards, to ensure safety. Preferred Qualifications
• Must have three to five years of heavy equipment repair experience.
• Class A or Class B CDL preferred
• Experience with

CAT SIS 2.0/ ET

• Solid experience using mechanical tools, materials, and testing equipment.
• Computer skills
• Proven ability to work independently and without direct supervision.
