We handle all stages of concrete and masonry work, including excavation, and our fleet is the backbone of every job we do. We're looking for a hands-on Fleet Mechanic to keep our trucks, small equipment, and machines in top running condition so our crews never miss a beat. If you take pride in keeping a fleet dialed in and solving problems fast, this is a role where your work is felt on every job site, every day. What You'll Work On Our fleet includes heavy-duty trucks, some diesel, primarily Ford and Chevrolet. Alongside the trucks, you'll maintain a range of small equipment and dozens of small-engine machines that power every phase of our projects, including compactors, power washers, demo/cut-off saws, concrete finishing machines, and more. What You'll Do Preventive maintenance: Create and carry out a weekly preventive maintenance checklist across all vehicles, equipment, and machines to keep operation status at a high level.
Rapid repairs:
Respond quickly to engine and electrical issues that come up during the workday and resolve them in a cost-efficient way.
Safety first:
Promote and support a safe workplace. What You Bring 5-10 years of experience in auto mechanic and/or small-engine repair Your own mechanical tools A self-motivated, positive attitude on the job
