Job Description

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Hardware Technician to join our team at the Fort Meade, MD location. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Troubleshoot malfunctioning specialized classified equipment using a wide variety of test equipment & diagnostic software to pinpoint root causes of hardware failure. Perform precise mechanical and electrical repairs and calibrations, including micro-soldering, capacitor replacement, screen replacements, and port repairs (USB-C, HDMI, etc.). Disassemble devices, clean internal components (fans, heatsinks), reapply thermal paste, and cleanly reassemble units to factory standards. Run comprehensive post-repair benchmarks and stress tests to ensure hardware stability and full functionality before redeployment.
