All Roads/Hydra-lift is seeking a Heavy Duty Mobile Technician to troubleshoot and repair trucks and hydraulic systems at customer locations. If you're a self-starter who solves problems on site and takes pride in delivering reliable, professional service, we want to hear from you. Compensation & Schedule $25-$40/hour (based on experience) Monday-Friday , with occasional Saturdays (hours may vary) Benefits Medical, dental, vision, disability, life & supplemental insurance (coverage begins 1st of the month after 30 days ) 401(k) with company contribution Paid vacation & sick time Company-paid holidays Tuition reimbursement program Employee referral bonus program Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair hydraulic systems/components in the field Perform electrical diagnostics and repairs (experience preferred) Prepare accurate repair estimates ; maintain detailed service records Apply current industry/technical updates to daily tasks Maintain a safe, clean, and organized mobile work environment Assist with additional duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license 5+ years hands-on hydraulic experience Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and customer-facing professionalism Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Work Authorization All Roads Company does not provide H-1B sponsorship.
