Job Description
Howe Equipment - Jackson, MI Are you the technician everyone else comes to when they can't figure out the problem? We're looking for an experienced, self-motivated technician who takes pride in diagnosing problems correctly, working efficiently, and producing high-quality repairs. This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone who wants to be one of the best technicians in the industry. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair zero-turn mowers, lawn tractors, compact tractors, handheld equipment, trailers, and outdoor power equipment. Perform engine, hydraulic, electrical, and drivetrain diagnostics. Complete repairs accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized work area. Work alongside a team that values quality over shortcuts. Help us continue building one of Michigan's fastest-growing outdoor power equipment dealerships. What We're Looking For 5+ years of mechanical experience preferred. Strong diagnostic ability. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Pride in quality workmanship. Positive attitude and team-first mentality. Desire to continuously improve. Experience with brands such as Bad Boy, Toro, Kawasaki, Kohler, Briggs & Stratton, Honda, Echo, Exmark, Scag, Gravely, Ferris, Kubota, John Deere, or similar equipment is a plus.
