The role is split between a heated 6,000 sq. ft. mechanic shop and field service, supported by a fully equipped service truck.
Requirements:
Must-haves:
• Strong diagnostic skills with electrical and hydraulic systems • Experience working on trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment • Ability to perform preventative maintenance (PMs) • Welding and fabrication experience • Own hand tools company provides some tools
Nice-to-haves:
• Experience with a diverse fleet of heavy equipment and trucks • Field service experience • Experience with diagnostic software
Compensation & Benefits:
• $30–$50/hour based on skills and experience overtime paid at time-and-a-half • Bi-annual bonuses up to $10,000 annually • Medical, dental, and vision benefits • 401(k) with employer match • Company pays half of medical benefit costs • Boot allowance • Two weeks PTO • Company-provided uniforms
Hours:
• Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. • Saturdays when necessary • Average 50–60 hours per week • Approximately 50% field service and 50% shop work • Heated 6,000 sq. ft. mechanic shop #MHA
