Widdes Trailer Sales is looking for an experienced Full-Time Tractor Technician to join our team. This position will primarily focus on servicing and repairing Mahindra tractors and equipment, including warranty work, while also assisting in our trailer shop with trailer service, repairs, and maintenance. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with equipment, diagnosing problems, and getting the job done right. Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and service tractors and equipment Perform warranty repairs on Mahindra tractors Troubleshoot diesel engines, electrical systems, hydraulics, and fuel systems Perform routine maintenance and inspections Service and repair trailers and trailer components Assist with trailer shop repairs and maintenance as needed Use computer-based diagnostic and service programs Identify repair needs and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers Keep work organized and follow up on repairs and parts as needed Maintain a clean and safe work area Qualifications Experience with diesel engines and mechanical repair Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and fuel systems Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Mechanical aptitude and willingness to work on a variety of equipment Basic computer skills Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Good communication skills Ability to work independently while also being part of a team Reliable, honest, trustworthy, and respectful Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and willingness to take initiative Diesel engine repair experience: 1 year preferred Mechanical experience: 1 year preferred Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Weekends as needed Pay Starting at $23.00 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications.
