You'll report to the Regional Service Manager and serve as the on‑site authority operators rely on when uptime is non‑negotiable. Your impact With your diagnostic mindset and craftsmanship, you'll restore, maintain, and optimize articulating cranes, truck‑mounted forklifts, conveyors, trucks, and trailers—safely and efficiently. You'll pair hands‑on problem solving with clear communication and precise documentation to deliver a standout service experience. Key outcomes Rapid, accurate troubleshooting and repair in the field—exercising strong independent judgment. On‑schedule quarterly PM, Annual DOT inspections, and warranty services that meet or exceed standards. Timely response to emergency/unscheduled issues during both working and non‑working hours. Straightforward updates and repair recommendations for job‑site contacts and fleet managers. Complete, on‑time paperwork: estimates, work authorizations, parts ordering/records, labor capture, and inventory tracking. Strict adherence to state and federal safety regulations; immaculate vehicles, equipment, and work areas. What you'll need to succeed Advanced knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems; strong diagnostics and welding. Physical readiness for all weather; ability to sit, stand, bend, squat, crouch, reach, and lift 75+ lbs for extended periods. 3 years of mechanical experience or formal training—preferably with articulating cranes and forklifts. Fluent in English (spoken and written). CDL on day one or within 60 days. Bring your own tools;
