Job Description
Full Benefit Package including family health coverage! Main Duties & Responsibilities 1. Hold or is able to acquired DOT Inspector certification and class A CDL and able to apply skills to improve CSA scores on the equipment serviced. 2. Determines vehicle condition and deficiencies of tractors, trailers, straight trucks and combos, pickup trucks, automotive equipment, tires and is able to trouble shoot and repair. 3. Keep equipment available for use by completing preventive maintenance schedules. 4. Proficient in welding. 5. Ensure equipment complies with federal and state vehicle requirements. 6. Is responsible for shop inventory and recordkeeping. 7. Ability to communicate, read and understand written text of a technical nature in order to answer questions, solve problems, make decisions and complete job tasks. 8. Maintain a clean workspace and comply with all company safety procedures. 9. Able to record and document repairs and tasks completed on pc or laptop. Essential Qualities
