Job Description
Union Position
- Shifts are determined by Seniority Performs the following functions related to the manufacture of welded chain assemblies and/or other production activities as assigned: Chain cutting
- manual or with automatic equipment. Ability to accurately read a tape measure. Assembly
- chain accessories, connecting links, body chain, etc. Welding
- link preparation, welding and trim on specified equipment. Heat Treatment
- austenitizing and tempering, as prescribed. Proof Load Testing
- calibration or proof test as prescribed. Packaging or other related activities
- as prescribed.
