Ready for hands-on field work with real impact? We're looking for a detail-minded technician to support loading/unloading gear and assist with servicing, repairing, and installing water pump systems. This is an entry-level opportunity with room to advance and up to 40% travel. Is this you? Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment Mechanically inclined and eager to learn Safety-first mindset and a reliable team player who can also work solo You will Select and stage hoses, pipe, fittings, and pumps for maintenance/repair activities Use motorized equipment-handling machinery to load and unload equipment safely Secure loads for transport and keep work areas organized and free of debris Follow established safety procedures at all times Travel locally to help mobilize and demobilize systems at customer job sites Assist with connecting pipe runs, setting pumps, and dismantling equipment/accessories post-project Support troubleshooting of diesel-powered heavy equipment You have High school diploma or equivalent General mechanical aptitude; prior outdoor, field-based work experience preferred Experience with heavy equipment/machinery preferred Familiarity with diesel engines a plus (not required) Valid driver's license and good driving record Ability to take direction and work independently Flexibility for variable hours and local travel (up to 40%) Clear verbal and written communication; legible handwriting Ability to safely operate diesel-powered hydraulic lifting equipment Capability to lift/push/pull up to 75 pounds What you're good at Mechanical troubleshooting Diesel and heavy equipment systems Equipment you'll encounter Diesel engine Perks & ownership Employee-Owned Firm 401(k) with matching Profit-Sharing Plan Health, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance Generous PTO and Holidays
