Rug Doctor is hiring a full‑time Repair Technician to work in our Hazelwood facility. If you like working with your hands, using tools, and learning mechanical skills, we'd love to talk with you. Previous repair experience is helpful, but we're open to candidates with strong mechanical aptitude who are willing to learn. Starting pay is $21.00/hr, with opportunities to earn up to $24.00/hr, with productivity incentives. Prior repair and mechanical experience required. RD2026

What You'll Do:

Repair and refurbish carpet‑cleaning equipment Troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues Clean, test, and prepare equipment for shipment Help keep the work area organized

What We're Looking For:

Mechanical aptitude or hands‑on experience (auto, small engine, maintenance, production, etc.) Comfortable working with tools Dependable, motivated, and ready to learn Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
