Job Overview:

As a nationwide recruiter, one of our Clients is in need of "Mobile Crane" Field Service Technicians , in the greater St Louis metro area. This is a full-time, direct hire position, in this specific geographic area!

Note:

This specific opportunity is for a Field Service Tech role - with at least 5 years of experience - so you drive your truck home every day .

Key Qualifications:

5+ years as Technician/Mechanic of mobile cranes , including the heavy-duty truck AND the truck-mounted cranes / lift equipment Experience with these crane systems: knuckle booms, service truck cranes, boom truck cranes Experience with crane brands similar to: Elliott, Terex, Manitex, National, Tadano, Grove, Liebherr, Link-belt, Palfinger, Fassi, Cormach, Socage, Versalift, Stellar, Auto Crane, IMT, LiftMoore, etc. [just to name a few] Able to read engineering drawings and hydraulic schematics Self-motivated; works well with management and customers Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license

Primary Duties:

Repair/maintain heavy-duty trucks, mobile cranes, service truck cranes, and railroad equipment Perform diagnostics and repairs on various systems, primarily of mobile cranes Conduct preventive maintenance and upgrades, primarily of mobile cranes Overhaul major components and systems Ensure vehicle compliance and performance Manage equipment, records, and inventory Control costs and stay updated on technical knowledge Collaborate with management on account strategies Handle customer inquiries and monitor satisfaction Coordinate across departments for comprehensive service I.G.
