What will you do as an Equipment Service Technician? As part of the Equipment Service Team, the Equipment Service Technician is responsible for maintenance, repair, delivery, set up, moving, and/or exchange of all Company beverage equipment to maximize customer satisfaction and sales. Equipment may include but not limited to vending machines, coolers, restaurant fountain equipment and coffee dispensing equipment. This position is responsibility for performing preventative and quality maintenance checks in addition to maintaining various records and reports.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver, remove, exchange, and relocate beverage equipment. Load and unload beverage equipment for delivery and/or return. Communicate with customers and supervisors regarding delivery and pick up status. Cooler placement- which involves checking temperature and refrigeration.
JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Mechanical skills. Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and ability to perform job with minimal supervision on a timely basis. Ability to follow manufacturers' specifications and schematics. Electrical problem diagnosis and repair. Programmable Logic Control (PLC) knowledge preferred. Valid driver's license and a motor vehicle driving history that meets Company guidelines. Adaptability- Ability to adapt to change in the workplace. Communication
