Job Description

Experienced Construction Framers/Cutters/Siders Work 4 Days. Fish Fridays. Or Don't. We're Not Your Dad. Tired of spending your week chasing job sites, burning diesel, waiting on subs, and wondering if the weather is about to ruin your paycheck? Come build with us instead. Offsite Construction Package Manufacturing = 2x6 Framed Panelized Building Systems for mountain homes across the West. It's real framing, real craftsmanship, and real work — just without the circus of traditional job sites. You'll work Monday through Thursday, get a guaranteed 40 hours, be off by 4:30 every day, and get paid every Thursday like clockwork. Offsite building is a little different than stick-framing in the field, but if you can read a tape, swing a hammer, follow plans, and take pride in clean work, you'll pick it up quickly.

Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to facilitate efficient construction processes Read and interpret construction schematics, shops, and technical drawings to ensure precision in what you're building Manage heavy lifting tasks using appropriate tools and equipment while adhering to safety standards Requirements Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate building output Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently throughout the workday Construction site experience with an understanding of safety protocols Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate clearly across diverse teams
Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
