Job Overview We are seeking skilled and dedicated Grading Operators (Dozer, Excavator, Off Road Truck, Rollers, and General Laborers). Operators must know how to operate the grading equipment with and without GPS to be considered. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in operating heavy machinery on construction and land development sites. These roles require mechanical knowledge of the grading equipment and the ability to work efficiently in various weather conditions. As an Operator, you will ensure all equipment is operated safely and effectively to meet project deadlines. Salary will be commensurate with experience and successful completion of a test drive on the equipment. Responsibilities Operate heavy machinery with or without GPS. Perform digging and excavation tasks while adhering to safety protocols. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient workflow. Follow project plans and specifications to achieve desired outcomes. Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Laborers will use a shovel and any other manual labor work required on-site. Experience At least two years of experience and familiarity with responsibilities and duties to perform effectively under regular supervision. Familiarity with mechanical systems and the ability to troubleshoot minor issues.
