Job Description
Paint the energy transition Driving the energy transformation is critical to reducing climate change. To limit climate risks, it is necessary to reduce the amount of CO2 released into the atmosphere. Help us drive energy transformation on a production basis, performing moderate mechanical assembly work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Assembling structures according to engineering specifications, utilizing hand tools and portable power tools. Hexagon Agility is a leading global provider of clean fuel solutions in the transport sector. Our technology enables hard to decarbonize segments - such as trucks and buses - to move from diesel to cleaner fuel alternatives. We are looking for an ambitious and driven colleague that wants to work closely with our local operations team. Essential Duties (other duties may be assigned) Manage and operate equipment associated with all Hand Spray applications. Able to monitor and adjust pertinent KV settings, gun to part distance, and general equipment set up along with monitoring booth air flow settings to ensure optimum coating application. Must understand parts prepping procedure as it affects the final appearance of the product. Willing to train and learn operations associated with painting equipment, new technology etc. Must know operations associated with paint delivery systems, P Mix, Pressure Pots etc. and general cleaning responsibilities associated with the systems. Can perform manual spray proficiently. Must be capable of Monitoring and Documenting - Gauges, dials, and other indicators. Visually and mechanically inspect products for adequate coating thickness, identify potential quality issues, and take necessary actions to correct any issues. Operate equipment to log oven temperatures, air supply conditions and interpret results. Maintain a clean and safe operating environment.
