Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work space while adhering to all OSHA, DOT, and GFL safety standards. What You Bring to the
Team Hands-on Experience:
At least 1+ year of entry-level mechanic experience or vocational/technical training in heavy equipment or diesel systems.
Mechanical Aptitude:
Basic knowledge of PM routines, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and brake operations.
Growth Mindset:
A strong desire to learn advanced diagnostics and take on more complex repairs over time.
Tech Literacy:
Comfort using computers or tablets to log work orders and navigate diagnostic software.
CDL Advantage:
A valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is preferred—or a willingness and ability to obtain one within six (6) months of hire (we'll support you along the way!).
Certifications:
ASE certifications or state inspection licenses are a big plus! Physical Requirements & Working Conditions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull up to 100 lbs, and climb, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods during shift routines.
