What You Will Do:
The Repair Technician's role is to interface with customers, manage repairs of parts and pumps and complete various warehouse management responsibilities. Position requirements include strong interpersonal skills, highly self-motivated, ability to work both independently and team-oriented, mechanically inclined. Manage and pull inventory Assemble and disassemble rod pumps Standard warehouse duties Maintain a clean and safe working environment Load and unload trucks of parts and pumps when delivered to the warehouse Stock material Answer phones and greet customers Repair pumps and deliver to their location Other duties as required

Drug and alcohol test Criminal background check
MVR Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license in state of residence required Must be age 21 or older to drive company vehicle Some computer skills Good verbal and written communication skills Good driving record Basic math and analytical skills Solid technical skills to understand computerized measuring machines and metalworking processes Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing documents Must be self-motivated and disciplined to work autonomously with minimal supervision Good organizational skills with the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks Immigration sponsorship not available for this position ​
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift up to 50lbs Role is deemed safety sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug testing Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus The employee is regularly required to talk or hear The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms

Experience in the oil and gas industry
