What you'll do: Troubleshoot, diagnose, document and repair heavy road construction equipment like rollers, pavers, compaction equipment, and so much more from manufacturers like Etnyre, Finn, Broce, WRT and more! Engage in cross departmental and cross dealership collaboration for training, learning and growing your skills Provide great service experiences for our customers Work in a shop environment in your own, dedicated bay Like going on service calls and have a Class A CDL? Jump in the service truck for onsite customer help What you'll bring: A solid technician background, skilled in hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical repairs and systems Experience working in an equipment dealership Solid troubleshooting skills High mechanical aptitude Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to read and understand schematics Ability to lift up to 75+lbs.
