Welder/Fabricator/Mechanic — 1099 Contractor We are looking for a dependable, hard working, mechanically inclined person to assist with a variety of welding, fabrication, mechanical, and repair projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in some or several of the following areas: Welding and metal fabrication Engine, equipment, or mechanical repair Industrial or agricultural work Troubleshooting mechanical problems Building, modifying, repairing, and maintaining equipment or other projects You do not need to be an expert in every area. We are willing to consider someone who has solid foundational skills, works hard, cares about the quality of their work, is willing to learn, and can adapt to different types of projects. However, applicants should have some relevant hands-on experience and be comfortable using tools and working in a shop environment. No two days are exactly the same, so we need someone who is dependable, resourceful, safety-conscious, and willing to take on a variety of tasks. The ability to work independently is valuable, but so is knowing when to ask questions or collaborate on a solution. This is a 1099 independent-contractor opportunity . Compensation will be based on experience and demonstrated skills, with the potential for additional bonuses.
